Looking back at how I lost 100lbs I did it pretty simple. The first time I tried to NOT diet I lost my weight and I am proud to say I did it before we could Google, find a forum of like-minded women (cough cough www.phit-n-phat.com has such forums with a pretty sexy and fabulous trainer leading them), or have an app to track anything and everything in an instant. Believe it or not, I lost weight not counting calories or a heart rate monitor. Say what?
Only have a few mins? Since this should take about 15 mins per day, it fits in with my main tenants for a monthly exercise must be something quick and require no weights (in case I'm not at home). Repeat these exercises every day for a month. :-)
