Slice advocado, remove pit, scoop an additional tablespoon out, carefully crack on small egg, fresh cracked pepper & sea salt. Bake 350' for 20 min until eggs are set. (also, slice a small piece off the back skin to allow the 1/2 to sit balance.) Really good, also good with fresh salsa! Enjoy :)

Weekend Brunch Casserole - 1 can crescent rolls in the bottom of a sprayed casserole dish, sprinkle 1 pound of cooked sausage over the top, sprinkle that with 2 cups mozzarella cheese; beat 4 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake @ 425 for 15 min or until set. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into squares.
