Crock Pot Chicken Terriyaki: 1lb chicken (sliced, cubed or however), 1c chicken broth, 1/2c terriyaki or soy sauce, 1/3c brown sugar, 3minced garlic cloves [here's what i did, 2lb frozen chx breast in crockpot for 3 hrs, drain juices. Then add the above ingredients, i doubled it. Cook on low for 5 hrs. Remove chicken, pour juice into saucepan and boil until thick. Serve over rice or veggies! Yum!]
