The process of engaging children in articulating hopes and dreams and co-creating the rules is clearly visible in this classroom.  I notice how the teacher helped students to reframe the negative rules into positive visions and then consolidate those into 3 simple, yet inspiring classroom rules.

I love this because it specifys exactly what the students should do and identifies things that have consequences so there are no surprises    With some adaptation this could be good for homeschooling too.
