A lot of roads lead through KL
Pulau Perhentian Kecil, Maylasia
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia--this was our visit to the Petronas Towers.
Bangkok, Thailand ... love me some Koh San Road.
We did north and south vietnam. I wish we could've taken a train either way. It would've been amazing! I know we will when we go back someday. Halong Bay is incredibly beautiful!
Ho Chi Man City, Vietnam
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous ...
Bali Ha'i ... I loved Bali. In spite of being sick while I was in Bali, I really did love the beaches and the jungles. It was a gorgeous place to travel to ... I can't wait to go back!
Looking back, my memories here have become some of my favorites. I can't say while I was here I actually felt that way! I guess I was a weary traveller when we came through Dhaka, so that may have something to do with it.
I really enjoyed Nepal. I loved the markets, and I especially liked going to the Ganges River. I would like some pizza from Fire & Ice right now!
Gold Coast, Australia
Seriously, my favorite beach ... Bottle Beach.
Bottle Beach, Koh Phangnan
Australia was one of my favorite spots. I loved Melbourne! I think I had been in SE Asia for so long ... and Melbourne was my first stop in a developed country ... it felt so cold and wintery when we were there. I absolutely LOVED it! I, also, loved Sydney ... oh, who am I kidding ... I loved every place we went to in Australia. I hope to go back again soon!
Khao San Road ... you can even see where we always stay ... D&D Inn.
Thailand is my most favorite place to travel. I love BKK, and I love the beaches. Someday, we may retire on Bottle Beach, Koh Phangnan. I always feel at home in Thailand, and I look forward to going back again and again ... and potentially living there someday.
