Sweet & Sour Chicken 100g chicken breast 1/2 orange&1/2 lemon w/rind 1c wtr 1 tbsp liquid amino’s 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp mincd onion 1 tbsp lemon zest Dash-garlic pwdr 1 tbsp hot sauce Cayenne,salt & stevia 2 taste In pan add orange w/rind in water til pulp comes out of rind.Remove rinds from water,scrap out remaining pulp spices,onion,stevia til liquid is reducd by apprx 1/2 & desired consistency is achieved.Add onion pwdr
