Parmesan Zucchini and Corn - A healthy 10 minute side dish to dress up any meal. It's so simple yet full of flavor! Update: Pretty good, though the corn was soggy. I used frozen corn.maybe fresh or canned corn would be better?

50 calories ice cream sandwich:: 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt, 1 cup light whip cream, cups of defrosted frozen strawberries combined & put between 2 graham crackers. I would just eat the "ice cream" and leave out the carb filled graham crackers.
