Roasted Garbanzo Beans, simple, healthy delish. Thanks miss Lisa B.! Preheat oven to 450. Use a metal cookie sheet or baking pan. Pour in 1/4 cup olive oil, once the oven is heated put the cookie sheet/pan in the oven for 3 minutes to heat up oil. Toss 2 cans garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed) with 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, and coarse salt to taste. Once the oil is hot put the seasoned garbanzos in pan in a single layer and and bake for 12-15 minutes.
