SO EASY! Chicken Breasts, 1 dry ranch dip packet and 1 12oz bottle buffalo sauce. Put everything in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours and serve on kaiser rolls. **This was really good, but extremely hot (I used Franks hot sauce). Could tame it down a bit by using a more mild sauce.
Tomato Basil Parm Soup in slow cooker 2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes, with juice 1 cup finely diced celery 1 cup finely diced carrots 1 cup finely diced onions 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 T fresh oregano 1 T dried basil or 1/4 cup fresh basil 4 cups chicken broth ½ bay leaf ½ cup flour 1 cup Parmesan cheese ½ cup butter 2 cups half and half, warmed (or skim milk if you’re trying to cut some calories) 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper
CrockPot Chicken Caesar Sandwiches 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1/2 cup (or more) Caesar dressing (I used Cardini's) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1/4 c fresh parsley (or 2 tsp. dried) 1/2 tsp. pepper Lettuce Chicken in crock pot on low with a cup or two of water. Cook 5-6 hr. Drain water. Shred chicken put in crock pot. Add dressing, Parmesan, parsley and pepper. Cook for another 30-60 minutes. Serve on warm buns/rolls with a little more Parmesan and some lettuce.
Crock pot honey sesame chicken - finally a make-at-home chinese recipe I like!! Modifications were 3/4 cup honey, 1/4+1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce, 3 tbl ketchup, 3 tsp cornstarch . I also added 1/2 lb fresh broccoli and a little bell pepper. Served over rice
Crock Pot Baked Potatoes -- what a great idea! Great for summertime, too, when you don't want to heat your oven! We do this all the time only we don’t even wrap ours! Just scrub, spray lightly the crockpot and potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. The skins get yummy and delicious just like at a restaurant!! - going to try this!
Crockpot Lemon Chicken - Put cube of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Cook on High 4-5 hours, or Low 6-8 hours.
