Easy Crockpot Cranberry Sauce Recipe. This is very easy to make! I skimped a little on the sugar and added a little extra marmalade. I used a store-brand marmalade rather than the Smucker's in the recipe. This is pretty good stuff! It is a little on the thin side compared to the canned cranberry sauce most of us grew up on, but very tasty.
Orange Maple Cranberry Sauce - This easy homemade cranberry sauce recipe is sweetened with pure maple syrup instead of refined sugar. Orange and cinnamon lend subtle seasonal flavor without taking over. Make now and freeze for Thanksgiving!
“After you scoop out and carve your pumpkin, dip it in a large container of bleach and water (use a 1 tsp:1 gal mix). The bleach will kill bacteria and help your pumpkin stay fresh longer. Once completely dry, (drain upside down), add 2 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to a quart of water. Brush this solution onto your pumpkin to keep it looking fresh for weeks.”
