Broiled Tomatoes Marinate tomatoes in balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes. Lay on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Then top with sautéed spinach and mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts. (Would be good with pesto, too!)

Hocus Pocus Buns! These should be against the law! Marshmallows dipped in melted butter, then cinnamon sugar, wrapped in crescent rolls and baked. They're called Hocus Pocus buns because the marshmallows disappear! YUM!
