another one of those recipies i thought everyone knew. 1c chopped pecans, 1c flour, 1stix melted butter ,bake 350 for 25 min for crust let cool , mix 1 pkg cream chz(room temp) ,i tub cool whip, 1 cup powdered sugar .Mix cream chz and sugar then fold in cool whip , Layer cream chz cool whip mixture on crust refridgerate 1 hour ,Prepare choclate pudding as directed , layer on top of other layer , in the fridge another hour ....so worth it ....this makes 9x9..
A friend of mine brought me this when I had surgery. Now it is my "go to" dish for taking to people who have had babies, surgery, etc. 4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
