At first glance, yoga and your child might seem like an odd pairing, since yoga is often about quiet and stillness -- words that don't usually describe kids. But little ones don't need laserlike focus to reap the benefits. from Parents Magazine

A Father gives his daughter a crown ring for her 16th birthday (when dating is officially allowed) to wear on her left ring finger--to remind her that she will always be HIS little Princess first-- and to remind her to only date boys who will treat her like a Queen--the way her Heavenly Father sees her!! Maybe something similar but not so cheesy :)

Maybe a new tradition for every year??? A Day In My Life: Birthday Interview. I like that it's simple questions, like the handprint too. And this idea could be used for all ages - NOT just kindergarten!

Each year I upload hundreds of pictures from events and create a 100 page yearbook for each of my girls. I use Winkflash. They have great quality books and typically at least 3-4 times a year will have a flat rate sale where I can get each book for less than 30.00.
