TACO BAKE Ingredients: hamburger (1 lb) 1 pkg taco seasoning 3 large flour tortillas (8-inch size) 1/2 c Salsa 1 1/2-2 c shredded Mexican cheese Brown ground beef. Add in taco seasoning and water (following directions on back of seasoning packet). Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 8-inch round pan. Layer with a flour tortilla. Now add about 1/3 of the beef. Then add 1/3 of the cheese. Continue until you are done with all the layers. Bake at 350F degrees for about 15-20 min.
Newlywed beef tips: Made something similar to this-sauteed green bell peppers and onions to go with it and put it over pasta for N. Think it would have been better if I had cooked in the Crock-pot. 3.75 stars for us. More of a winter meal for sure.
