War hammer-head
Netherlands or Northern Germany, 1450-1500. Decorated with dog's heads, the left side is pointed like a crow's beak to penetrate armour, while the right side has multiple flat points, like a meat tenderizer, to weaken metal plates. The long flat hook on the front is to hang the hammer from a belt or on a saddle.
