baked pumpkin spice donut holes Result: I actually tried this and another recipe for pumpkin doughnuts to see which was better- this was the winner! I used my little sister's cake pop maker and coated them with powdered sugar and cinnamon. I will say they were definitely better fresh, but that's ok, it's not like they're going to last long anyway.
Nice brunch side dish! Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy. Watch closely
