The Roseville Pottery Company was originally incorporated in Roseville, Ohio in 1892. They later moved to Zanesville, Ohio where they remained until bankruptcy in 1954. Their decorative styles included Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts, Art Deco, and Mid Century Modern. Roseville Pottery remains the most widely recognizable and collectible brand of ceramic art across the United States today. They were particularly known for their vases, planters, and jardinieres.
