I've also made this one. I used boneless chicken thighs (as usual). Just be sure the Berbere doesn't have any added sugar in it. And the hard boiled egg at the end is authentic, but not necessary. :) Hope you love it, too!
I've made this one a few times and the capers and basil make it so delicious. It ends up almost sweet. I chose not to use the chicken legs and just used more boneless thighs. But I don't like to pick bones out of my food. :)
