    I use my 2 fingers spread apart, then use my thumb to press in between the fingers.

    This is awesome. I have used it for YEARS! My mom called it the "No Fail Pie Crust" and it really is. You can't taste the vinegar and the egg binds it together. You can refrigerate it for a few weeks too, don't have to frreze but you can.
