Crock Pot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal 2 sliced apples, cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon in crock pot. Pour 2 cups of oatmeal and 4 cups of water on top. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low. Cook overnight for 8 – 9 hours on low.
Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. Just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Mix and bake at for 20 – 25 min. The end result is an amazing, incredibly moist muffin/cupcake with a hint of pumpkin flavor.
