Barry Sherman, MSW, LCSW Youth Program Consultant. In addition to his full-time employment as a school social worker, Barry is currently at work on developing INTEGRA for KIDS. In part, INTEGRA for KIDS is about guiding children toward acquiring tools and life skills that allow them to grieve in a healthy, fruitful and creative way. His staff participation with The Respite, which incorporates the INTEGRA for KIDS program, thus focuses on helping kids learn how to befriend their grief.
Jes McFadden, LPC, NCC, M.A., Adoldescent Therapist. Jes is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of North Carolina. While she currently works in the school setting, her true passion is individual counseling with children and adolescents - helping them find their voice – as well as working with families through many of life’s common challenges. Victoria Gailey, CPT-NSCA, NASM Personal Training/Body Strengthening. Victoria trained at the National Personal Training Institute in Colorado Springs, CO and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified personal trainer. Her passion is to help people who struggle with some of the same issues she, herself, has dealt with. Chris Saâde - Teacher/Consultant. Along with internationally known author, teacher and lecturer, Andrew Harvey, Saade is the founder and co-teacher of The International Academy of Sacred Leadership. Chris was born into a Christian family in Lebanon where he held leadership positions in non-profit organizations working for non-violence, peace and humanitarian relief.
