8 ounces packages cream cheese 15 ounce can pure pumpkin puree ( not pumpkin pie filling) 2 cups heavy cream pinch salt 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia or to taste 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Low Carb Chicken Enchiladas + I added a block of cream cheese, 4 oz green chilies, cheddar cheese and sour cream to the chicken, then layered the tortillas(due to the small size) w extra enchilada sauce. It turned out really good!
