Initializer Uses HTMLBoilerPlate a template for HTML5 that gives you a standards compliant cross browser compatible skeleton page. You can easily jump in customize and build more complex designs off it. I haven't tried it yet but I'm apt to give it a try soon. Then maybe post my new HTML5 website after I'm done.
