Red Enchilada Sauce. I really liked this sauce. It has a nice kick and richness. I made it with chicken broth, but it would be fine with just water or vegetable broth, as well. Since I adore enchiladas, it's nice to know how easy they are to make!
Easy Homemade Fruit Syrup: 1/2 cup sugar, 1 Tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup frozen berries or fruit. Whisk sugar and cornstarch together in pot and add water. Cook until it bubbles and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in fruit.
