The Best Chicken Marinade Ever! Whisk 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp minced garlic cloves, 3 Tblspns brown sugar, 1 Tblspn parsley flakes, 1  1/2 Tblspns McCormick brand "Montreal Chicken Seasoning" (it can be found in the spice aisle of the grocery store) in a medium sized bowl. Add chicken. Marinate chicken at least 1 hour and then bake or grill as desired.
