Place a 2-lb pork tenderloin in a slow cooker, pour a 12-oz can of root beer over it and cook on high for 6 hours. Discard juice, cover pork with 1 18-oz jar bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm. Serve on buns. 1 (18 ounce) bottle of barbecue sauce
Next time I make this I plan on using fully cooked rotiserie chicken. DON'T USE THE THIN BREAST FILLETS WITH THIS RECIPE! They don't cook right. Our family got food poisoning and we even cooked it even longer than the recipe said.
