Calculate your needs: Your weight in pounds (divided by) 2.2 (this is your weight in kilograms) Take your weight in kg (multiply by) 0.8-1.0g. This number is the amount of carbs you need prior to a workout!! Example: 150# / 2.2 =68.18 x 0.8 = 54.5 68.18 x 1 = 68 Needs: 55-68g CARB pre-workout!!
