* 24 Strawberries, 24 Blueberries, 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese, 3 T powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Directions: Cut the tops & bottoms off the strawberries. With the small end of a melon baller scoop out the inside of the strawberries.

Fireworks Float using Pop Rocks -- awesome for the of July. Couldn't find blue soda - just added blue food coloring to lemon/lime soda. :) Used strawberry soda for red. Kids had fun with it (adults too). Loved the Pop Rocks.
