Low Carb Diet Recipes - Broccoli, Ham, and Mozzarella Baked with Eggs ...yummy
Broccoli, Ham, and Mozzarella Baked with Eggs: You'll want to eat breakfast for dinner. Use 1-2 cups of lean diced ham for this recipe. I used 6 whole cups of barely-blanched broccoli, but you can get away with less. Spray a 9x12" casserole dish with non-stick spray and layer the broccoli and then the ham. Then put grated low-fat mozzarella and green onions over that. Season to taste with Spike Seasoning and fresh-ground black pepper. Beat the eggs and pour them over the other ingredients. Then use a fork to "stir" just until all the ingredients are coated with egg. Bake at 375F/190C for 35-45 minutes (depending on which version you choose and how done you like it. Serve hot. This can be kept in the fridge for at least a week and reheated in the microwave. (Makes 8 servings; recipe created by Kalyn.) Ingredients: 4-6 cups very small broccoli flowerets, blanched about 2 minutes, then drained well. 1-2 cups diced ham (1/2 - 1 lb.) 1 cup low-fat grated Mozzarella 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion (optional, but good) 8-10 eggs, well beaten Spike Seasoning (or other all-purpose seasoning blend) to taste (I use about 1 tsp.) fresh-ground black pepper, to taste low-fat sour cream, for serving (optional) Instructions: Heat oven to 375F/190C. Spray a 9"x12" casserole dish with non-stick spray. (The dish can be slightly smaller too, especially if you use the smaller amounts of ingredients.) Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil and cook the broccoli just 2 minutes; then pour into a colander placed in the sink and let it drain well. Dice the ham while the broccoli drains. Layer broccoli, ham, Mozzarella, and green onions (if using) in casserole dish. Season with Spike Seasoning and fresh-ground black pepper and pour beaten egg over. Use a fork to "stir" the mixture just until all the ingredients are coated with egg. (It might look like there is not enough egg, but carry on!) Bake 35-45 minutes, or until all the mixture is set and the top is starting to lightly brown. (If you use the higher amount of eggs, it will take the longer baking time, but start to check after about 30 minutes.) Serve hot, with low-fat sour cream if desired. This can be kept in the fridge for at least a week and reheated in the microwave.

Easter Eggs dyed using rubber bands to resist dye in stripes, as well as other cute egg decorating ideas.
Easter Eggs, Rubberband style. Tie Dye Easter Eggs Definitely!!!!!
Rubber band dyed eggs. Hard boil your eggs. Place egg in very lightest dye (let's say pale pink) for just a touch of color. Dry. Wrap several rubber bands around the egg, but leave plenty of pale pink spaces in between. Dye in medium color dye (such as hot pink, or magenta). Dry. Remove rubberbands. Dry again. Wrap several rubber bands around egg, but not where the magenta is. Again, leave some pale pink stripes. Place in darker dye, like red or purple. Dry. Remove rubb...
♥ Dye Easter eggs with kool-aid No vinegar! Colors are a lot brighter. Great idea!

Kool Aid Dyed Easter Eggs. Instead of buying those dying kits, use kool-aid. One pack of Kool-aid and 2/3 cups water and you've got awesome egg dye. Two bonuses: it's cheaper than those boxes of egg dye and it smells great!! *Side note: if you use the lemonade flavor, mix it with a little bit of orange to get a better yellow color, otherwise it's too light.
dye easter eggs with kool-aid (NEVER buying egg dye again!) why not? It smells fruity and awesome. It makes me nostalgic for hot summer days at the pool. Time to make some Kool-Eggs. Not only will the Kool-Aid make your kitchen smell super sweet, you'll get some fantastically vivid results. You can usually pick up five Kool-Aid packets for $1.00, so this is a fun and inexpensive way to change up your annual egg dyeing adventures. Kids will find this soooo exciting. So let's start with the eggs. Every year, I seem to forget exactly how long to boil them, so here are the directions I use. To make things extra simple for you. After your eggs are ready to go, it's time to find some small containers and get your Kool-Aid packets ready to go. This is really all you need, because Kool-Aid has citric acid in it. No need for vinegar! Add one packet of Kool-Aid to 2/3 cup of water and stir. That's it. I used both lukewarm and cold water and it didn't really make a difference with how our eggs turned out. Keep in mind that Kool-Aid powder is pretty messy, so you should do all of the mixing over your sink to prevent your counter tops from turning different colors the next time you wipe them off.
dye easter eggs with kool-aid No vinegar! Colors are a lot brighter.. Add 2/3 cup water to one packet. Must mix blue with grape and orange with lemonade. Great idea

Crescent Roll Sausage Breakfast Casserole. Super easy & pretty decent flavor combination. This dish is more like a breakfast pizza. I'd say less is more when it comes to adding the sausage. It was good, but I will probably only use this recipe if I need something quick and simple. My mom's egg casserole is still the best.
