Eryngium planum 'Blue Hobbit' (Dwarf Sea Holly). Sea holly is a wonderfully sculptural, drought-tolerant perennial. The steel-blue cast and spiky shape are particularly wonderful contrasted with grasses or with billowing clouds of daisies and coneflower.
