    DIY butter: A small jar,( I used the bigger baby food jars) heavy whipping cream,a pinch of salt, a marble. shake, shake, shake. when the liquid seperates (easy to tell) its done! (it takes about 15 minutes with kids skaking). strain off excess liquid and you have butter!
