french bread sliced open. lightly butter & garlic it. put under the broiler 2 melt the butter. remove from oven & add mozzarella cheese. put back under the broiler 2 melt the mozzarella. sauté a small bell pepper & onion chopped up in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic. then add 1lb of deli roast beef & chop up the peppers & onions. sauté until the meat is cooked then pile it on the French bread w/ the melted cheese. add a layer of provolone cheese & back in the oven for the final toasting.
Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Braid...made with crescent rolls. Would be delicious as an appetizer, sandwich with a bowl of soup, or as an entree.
