After baby (even if baby is now 2 years old). This workout will tap into the deep abdominal muscles that will pull in your waistline like a corset. Do these moves one after another with no rest in between. Then repeat once.

    great for mommies--takes less than half an hour and I felt great after! just started yesterday.

p90x... Need to find motivation/time/energy to do it again!

Lots of quick workouts I might actually be able to do with my work schedule and an infant, now I just need to find the motivation :)
