Prep/Total Time: 30 seconds • Yield: 1 serving Ingredients • 1 scoops whey protein • 1 cup almond milk • 2 tablespoons almond butter • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) • 1 large ripe frozen bananas Directions • Blend all ingredients in blender until shake is well blended.
