i had a mini-achievement this past week, which i will CELEBRATE! i went to the gym and sweated my ass off... got all red-faced... even when i am breaking out and have pizza-face. it's my biggest insecurity. i NEVER leave the house without makeup covering acne. but i did it. and felt really good afterward. :)

better mood. being better at the things you like to do. increased quality of life. reduced risk of many other diseases....

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.
