Potato Patties 4 cups of mashed potatoes 1 egg 1 green onion, sliced 1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup of flour butter salt and pepper chives for garnish, if desired 1. Combine mashed potatoes, onion, egg, cheese, flour in a large bowl 2. Spoon up about 1/3 cup of the mixture, shape into balls 3. Roll each into flour and flattened into patties 4.
