Coffee helps you see the Bright Side! For some people, it’s between the 3rd or 4th cup of coffee when they begin feeling human. Researchers found that caffeine actually helps the brain PROCESS POSITIVE WORDS FASTER! :) People who consume normal levels of caffeine perform better at basic cognitive tasks. Theory goes that when caffeine is added to the body it regulates the dopamine transmission in regions that control decision-making & word comprehension. (Way to go coffee!)
