Too many tomatoes? Freeze them whole to use later for sauces, soups and more. Just put them in a bag and into the freezer. That's it.

To freeze cherry tomatoes(from Gardenbetty) Wash and dry tomatoes thoroughly and put on a cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in your freezer for a couple hours until the tomatoes are frozen solid. This eliminates the risk of frozen clumps. Put them in a gallon size freezer bag and freeze for up to 1 year.
