Cakes that can help you lose weight! Many of these recipes fall into the FP meal category. :-) These Trim Healthy Mama THM recipes include oat fiber, and can also be used with a Baking Blend (you may need to leave out glucomannan and baking powder if your blend includes those). TIP: If you like your cakes to be lighter/fluffier, substitute some of the water with LEMON JUICE. It reacts with the baking powder, creating bubbles and a softer texture!

THM FP Pumpkin Oat Fiber Cake. FP. Sugar Free. Low Carb. LARGE individual serve cake in a mug, or divide between 2 ramekins. Adjust cooking time based upon dish size(s). Sweeteners will vary greatly...I used liquid NOW stevia and a tsp or two of Xylitol. Finger test and adjust. I put mine in a small blender (Ninja 16 oz) to make it creamy, but you could hand blend.
