Glitter stick - make these instead of having little kids use loose glitter. Very smart!

Divide the page into 6 squares and paint each one a different colour. When dry experiment with different prints on each square. Children draw themselves with a sharpie, then cut out and stick over printing. Gorgeous!

Make colored sand art by stirring a chalk stick in a bowl of changes the color. Stir less for light color and more for dark richer color. Probably way cheaper than buying sand

Tile Painting-I used to do this years ago - and then forgot about it. I am so glad to see the idea again. I believe I also had loose tiles - square - triangle - rectangle in varying sizes that the kids could lay out in a temporary design, paint and make a print from.

So fun to do with kids (blue tape with watercolor painted over it).
