I ran 1.5 miles first (while the kids rode their bikes) then did the rest of the workout. Instead of just crunches I did bicycles and ab toe touches (much harder and works more muscles). The next morning after doing this work out my legs were like jello! I will definitely be doing this again on the days that I have the girls at home!
