Yummy and healthy :)1/2 cup chopped chicken, 3 Tbsp Fuji apples chopped, 2 Tbsp red grapes chopped, 2 tsp honey, 2 Tbsp almond butter. Mix and wrap in a Romaine lettuce leaf.

Saltine Cracker Toffee

These are goooood and easy! I substituted milk choc. chips for the semisweet choc. chips and sprinkled some chopped almonds on top. They taste even better after setting in the fridge for a day ...that is if you can manage to keep them around that long ;)
