LSP: omg -- these are amazing! These are my favorite peanut butter treat! And Skylar loved them too! Turned out exactly as the recipe says, and the ingredients are few and simple. I baked it for the full amount of time.
Snickerdoodle Cupcakes with Cinnamon Swirl Frosting
Avalanche no bake cookies - 2 c Rice Krispies, 1 c mini marshmallows, 1/2 c creamy peanut butter, 1 lb white chocolate - Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, Mix cereal and marshmallows in a large bowl. Melt white chocolate & peanut butter together - pour it over the cereal mixture & stir until completely coated. Drop by Tbs onto the lined pans. refrigerate until chocolate is set. - store airtight for up to 5 days
