I always thought dandelions were so pretty and how cute they were.....then someone told me they were weeds. But I still believe they are very pretty and wishes can always come true🌟

Dandelions in a bottle

I LOVE Dandelions!

Ingredients: 3 to 4 cups dandelion flowers 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 T.sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 cup milk 1 T. salad oil cooking oil Preparation Clean the dandelions and remove green bracts at the base of the flower. Fill a medium-sized saucepan with 1 to 2 inches of cooking oil, and heat to 375 degrees F. (If using an electric fryer, fill according to the manufacturer's specifications.) Sift the dry ingredients together. Blend eggs, milk, and salad oil; add dry ingredients all at once and mix until just moistened. Stir in dandelions. Use a slotted spoon to life the dandelions from the batter and place them in hot oil. Cook until golden; drain on absorbent toweling. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre or as a side dish.
