Barrel of Monkeys Board But Not Bored

This board is dedicated to Milton Dinhofer, one of Barrel Of Monkeys’ inventors. In the 1960’s, when he was approached to help create an s-shaped-linking game, Milton first made red links from plastic. He, then, envisioned them as monkeys. He drew the chimp and made the prototype. The game was shopped around with the name Chimp to Chimp. Lakeside Toys re-named it Barrel Of Monkeys and kept Milton’s design. It came to market in 1965 and has inspired fun ever since!
