A Mom's Balancing Act: Delicious & Easy Pot Roast ~ Crock Pot Recipe ::: This roast recipe was OK, I probably won't use it again. When it was first cooking, it had a strong Dr. Pepper scent, leaving me to think it would taste sweet. The final taste was simply a roast with an onion-y flavor. Not bad, just not a recipe that will be added to the rotation.
Italian Cream Cheese Chicken ~ SO EASY 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 1 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low in crockpot for 4- 6 hours. I always throw in frozen chicken breasts at around 11 and it is ready by 5. (If sauce is too thick, add a little milk.) Serve over pasta or rice
I love cube steak! Cheap and versatile! This looks good but my fave way is simply cooked in a pan (don't overcook, leave it tender), smear some bbq on top, then top with chopped tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, and chopped green onions. Yum!!
