This is delicious! Only downside is it takes forever to make! Also it says to use a 9 in spring form pan and that is way to small. I used less than of the crust and if I would have poured in all the filling it would have overflowed.

Note to self: This recipe did NOT work. Despite cooking to a softball stage, the caramel separated after I poured it in the pan. Never have had that happen before. I do like the shape, though. Fleur de Sel Caramels recipe!
