Fat Stripping Frappa Put in blender: 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 c. H2O, 1 heaped Tbl. cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp. glucomannan powder, 2 pinches salt, few sprinkles stevia, dash vanilla. Blend well. Add ice cubes (once you have enough ice, your liquid should reach the 2 1/2 cup mark on the blender and the ice will jut above to reach close to the 4 1/2 cup mark) and blend well. Add 1 scoop whey protein powder (Swanson Premium Brand is recommended) and blend until fluffy.
