Homemade body wrap. Why spend $$ at the salons when you can wrap in the comfort of your own home? Take body measurements. Soak ace bandages with Epson salt in hot water. While bandages are soaking, gently stimulate application area with hands or wash cloth to stimulate lymnoids in cells. Apply firming cream and vitamin e to desired area. Wrap with bandages, wringing out excess Epson salt soak. Wrap that area with Saran Wrap. Wait 45 minutes. Remove and measure your results! Hope you've enjoyed!
