My husband used to eat fast food everyday over his lunch break. Eating take out each day was becoming expensive. I work from home, but that means I have easier access to things like ice cream and cook

(1) Grilled chicken, sweet potato and 1/2 avocado.  (2) Grilled chicken & Spaghetti Squash “Pasta” with tomato sauce (or diced tomatoes) and steamed or roasted broccoli (3) Grilled chicken and coconut oil roasted veggies including eggplant, bell peppers, #zucchini, and yellow peppers roasted.
